The structure of our company includes the following departments:
Laboratory
The Tenzi Laboratory is where new formulations and innovative chemical solutions are created. The team of specialists thoroughly tests each product for effectiveness, safety, and compliance with standards.
Production Department
Responsible for the comprehensive manufacturing and packaging of products, ensuring the highest quality at every stage of the process. It guarantees efficient order fulfillment and complete consistency of formulations.
Logistics Department
Responsible for the efficient and timely fulfillment of orders, coordinating the entire delivery process. It operates a modern warehouse with a capacity of 12,000 pallets, allowing for effective inventory management and fast order picking.
Trade Fairs
We actively participate in industry trade fairs both in Poland and abroad, showcasing our products and the latest technological solutions. This allows us to share knowledge and experience.
Technological and Quality Control Department

Awards received
In 2019, TENZI appeared in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development's ranking of “hidden champions,” which recognizes companies that have achieved top positions in their markets. The ranking covered 22 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, and only 13 Polish companies were included.
The company also received the titles of 'Gepardy Biznesu' (Business Cheetahs) for 2019, 2020, and 2021, awarded by the Institute of European Business.
Tenzi also appeared in the prestigious Forbes Diamonds group of 2021 and 2022, which recognizes the most rapidly growing companies in Poland. The list includes companies with at least a 15% annual growth in value, which have been granted a positive credibility and risk rating by Bisnode Polska, and also demonstrate high current liquidity and no outstanding payments.

Product training
We offer professional product consultancy and training aimed at providing in-depth knowledge on the proper use of Tenzi products, ensuring optimal results and full user satisfaction. We conduct training sessions in three languages, both in Poland and abroad. Our training covers a wide range of topics and is dedicated to representatives of our partner companies as well as our Distributors' companies.
Lightweight, durable, and resistant HDPE packaging.
The packaging is made of HDPE material, which is resistant to low temperatures and mechanical damage, and is chemically inert to acids, alkalis, solvents, and alcohol. Additionally, it does not absorb moisture and remains rigid—maintaining its shape during transport. The available packaging capacities are: 1L, 5L, and 10L.
Packaging made from recyclable materials
Our packaging is made from HDPE material, which is recyclable and supports the concept of a circular economy. By choosing this solution, we reduce the consumption of raw materials and minimize our impact on the natural environment.
Triggers and caps ensure precise application and a tight seal
Our ready-to-use product packaging is equipped with convenient triggers, allowing for precise application with a choice between foam or mist. For concentrates, we use special safety caps or traditional caps, ensuring a tight seal and safe storage.
Multilingual label
The multilingual label, made of high-quality material, ensures readability throughout the entire period of use and is resistant to damage. It includes all necessary information, such as recommended dosage, instructions for use, hazard warnings, and ingredients, ensuring full compliance with requirements and user convenience.
We care about the environment
We care about the environment by offering products in the form of concentrates, allowing customers to prepare the solution at home. This reduces the amount of plastic packaging, contributing to waste reduction and positively impacting the environment. Our packaging is made from HDPE material, which is recyclable. By choosing this solution, we limit the consumption of raw materials and reduce the impact on the natural environment.
