Gran Smog is a concentrate that removes tough stains such as grease, tar, soot, and other substances formed during fat combustion. It removes deposits and burn marks from the surfaces of catering equipment, including ovens, smokers, grills, grates, and fireplaces, as well as fire-related contaminants.

Potent concentrate for tackling greasy grime. It efficiently eliminates discoloration and scale that accumulates from fat combustion, along with tar-like residues and soot from gastronomic appliances like ovens, smokehouses, grills, grates, and chimneys. It can be applied using foam, spray, or immersion techniques. Also recommended for post-fire residues on all surfaces. Perfect for industrial settings. Removes even aged, multi-year, built-up polymer coatings. Contains corrosion inhibitors. Neutral scent.
Method of use:
- Prepare a proper solution.
- Apply the product over the surface to be cleaned.
- Leave it for 15-30 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
